Construct Melbourne: Reflecting on 2021

After another challenging year for many, we are incredibly grateful for the support we have received from clients and followers through the turbulent times of 2021. It is a privilege to be trusted with designing and building dream homes and we take the utmost pleasure in being alongside our clients throughout the journey and witnessing the joy our homes bring.
As we near the end of the year, we are proud to reflect on the achievements of the team at Construct Melbourne. Enduring through a second year of lockdowns with sporadic restrictions across the industry, the team’s unwavering commitment is admired and appreciated. In this article, we will share a few highlights of 2021.

We completed multiple projects, including the coastal transformation of Portsea Residence, the urban densification of Vickery Residence extension.

The stunning moody extension and renovation of Sandringham Residence, and modernising a quaint Californian Bungalow in Carnegie into a spacious, dreamy abode in the major extension and renovation.

We proudly won the Master Builder Award for best kitchen under $40,000 in February 2021, for the beautiful kitchen at Brady Residence, completed in 2019. Managing director, Rhyse Mazza, was also announced a finalist in the Master Builder Awards for Young Builder of the Year for 2021. The winner is to be announced in January 2022. It is an honour to receive these awards and nominations, and to be in the company of so many talented candidates.

We are truly grateful for the support and opportunity to work with each and every one of our clients. After a busy year, we will be taking time to be with our family and will be closed from the 24th of December to the 10th of January. We wish you a restful and joyful holiday period with friends and family. We look forward to another year working with our clients to create their dream homes throughout 2022.
