We are so excited to reveal our recently completed custom new home, Summerhill Residence. Summerhill combines functional design with beautiful aesthetics as a result of in-depth collaboration between client and the Construct Melbourne team.

A bright exterior merge weatherboard and matrix paneling complemented by contrasting vintage style sconces, black window frames and stunning French doors. Beyond the picket fence, walk into a retreat with charming vegetable garden to the front of the residence. Providing a fresh take on a country style home, the garage door with barn detailing and pitched roof create a timeless aesthetic.

The functional flow of the home leads you to a mudroom and laundry with feature bespoke tiling via internal access, butler’s pantry, spacious kitchen/dining/living area, and raw oak flooring throughout the ground level.

Beautiful details can be found everywhere you look in this stunning custom new home to bring visual interest to every corner. Internal barn door, feature pink basin, penny tiles, kitchen under lights, premium appliances, gas log fire and floor to ceiling bi-fold and sliding doors ensures the home brings in plenty of natural light throughout the day, before transitioning to a cozy safe haven at night.
